The MVP Ventures 2025-2026 (Program) is delivered by Investment NSW forming part of the Premier’s Department (the Department).

Capitalised terms where used in this application form have the same meaning where defined in the Program Guidelines.

Supporting Documentation

Business Financials Evidence

  • Accountant Declaration (template)
  • Financial Statements including Profit and Loss

Co-Contribution Evidence

  • A letter or transaction bank statement from an Australian Authorised Deposit-taking Institution dated within the last 30 days, clearly showing the available account balance and account holder information, which must match the applicant business details

Funding Stream Evidence *

  • ASIC current and historical company extract, see example
  • Current registration/business documents (Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander majority owned and managed businesses) 

Competitive Assessment Evidence

  • Letter(s) of Intent  - maximum 2

* Women-owned and managed businesses - If shares are held through a company or trust, applicants must provide evidence of ultimate beneficial ownership showing that women hold at least 51% of shares, such as ASIC extracts for holding companies, trust deeds or distribution schedules.
